acceptable stay with some drawbacks
noticeable train noisecold room
the noise from nearby trains was noticeable despite soundproofing measures. i found the lack of a bedside table inconvenient i expected one. the room temperature was lower than i prefer it to be despite my adjustments to the thermostat i couldn't get the room to a comfortable warmth. these issues affected the overall quality of my stay

great location near waterloo!
great locationnearby supermarketvibrant vibe
the location is amazing! waterloo station is very close, i found a supermarket nearby and plenty of places to eat, too. lower marsh had a nice vibe, and the graffiti tunnel was right there. i really appreciated the proximity to everything.

The location was convenient. Shops and coffee places were nearby. lambeth north tube station was only a short walk away. the room had everything i needed. the air-con was very much appreciated on a hot weekend.
The room wasn't prepared for me. It had not been cleaned. cleaning was subpar so i bought my own cleaning products. things were broken and needed repair. Electrical plugs and shower knobs were stiff.
